Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and saute for about 30 seconds.
Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet. Saute for about 3-4 minutes or until they start to become tender and slightly browned.
Add the asparagus pieces to the skillet. Saute for another 3-4 minutes or until they are crisp-tender.
Finally, add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet. Saute for an additional 2-3 minutes or until they are slightly softened but still have a crunch.
Season the sauteed vegetables with salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir to evenly coat the vegetables with the seasonings.
Garnish the sauteed vegetables with fresh basil leaves.
