Scope of Agreement
This refund policy (“Refund Policy”) mandate the terms of the refunds which the users (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your” or “End-User” or “Users”) access and register on the niwi.ai Platform, operated by NIWI AI Private Limited, and the Platform Services provided through the platform.
01. Programmes
SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Diet Programmes, premier programmes, n.club memberships, niwi hub subscriptions and any payment made to the Company are refundable within 7 days of the programme start date, and You expressly agree to the same.
If the programme is purchased in advance, the 7-day refund window starts from the actual programme start date, not the purchase date. For example, if purchased on 1st June but the programme starts on 1st July, the refund window runs from 1st July to 7th July. Refund requests made after this window will not be considered.
Pause Option: You may pause the Diet Programme and continue it at a later date of your choosing upon informing the Dietitians assigned to You.
02. Vouchers
Non-refundable and non-saleable; but can be transferable via ‘gift your voucher’ to another person or be used by You at a later date with no time expiry.
03. Unauthorized Transactions
The niwi.ai Platform shall not be responsible for any unauthorized transactions conducted using Your payment card or internet banking.
