Onion Finely Chopped

Ginger Paste

Instructions
Preparation
-Soak Yellow moong dal in water overnight.
Cooking Steps
Rinse the soaked dal and transfer it to a blender. Add ginger paste, green chili paste, and salt. Blend to a smooth batter.
Transfer the batter to a mixing bowl and add chopped onions, tomatoes, and capsicum. Mix well.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder. Mix again.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and spray some cooking spray or add a little oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the center of the pan and spread it evenly in a circular motion.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown. Flip the cheela and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until it is also golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter to make more cheelas.
Serve hot.
