Preparation
For Coriander mint leaves chutney:
-Rinse and dry coriander and mint leaves.
-Blend with green chilies, ginger, lemon juice, cumin powder, salt, and water.
-Blend smooth. Serve.
Cooking Steps
Toast the slices of whole wheat bread until they are slightly crispy.
In a small bowl, mix the grated carrot with chaat masala and black pepper powder.
Take one slice of bread, spread green chutney and place a few cucumber slices on it.
Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder over the cucumber slices.
Add a few slices of tomato on top of the cucumber.
Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder over the tomato slices.
Add a few slices of onion on top of the tomato.
Sprinkle the prepared carrot mixture over the onion slices.
Repeat the same process to make another sandwich.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
