Cooking Steps
For the Burger Patty:
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, grated carrots, chopped onions, coriander leaves, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
Mix well to form a dough-like consistency. If the mixture is too dry, add 1-2 tbsp water or yogurt.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and firm.
For Assembly
Slice the whole wheat buns into halves and lightly toast them if desired.
Spread a thin layer of yogurt-based dressing or hummus on each bun half.
Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by a burger patty.
Add sliced tomatoes and cucumbers on top of the patty.
Cover with the top bun and secure with a toothpick, if necessary.
