Step 1: To prepare Whole wheat cupcake recipe, preheat the Oven to 180 degrees Celsius

Step 2: Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl and whisk well

Step 3: Add eggs, butter, and sugar in a separate bowl and beat well till the mixture is light

Step 4: Fold the flour into the above mixture

Step 5: Add the buttermilk and vanilla essence and mix well

Step 6: Transfer the cake batter into cupcake moulds with liners in them

Step 7: Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until ready

Step 8: Top the whole wheat cupcakes with chocolate ganache and serve during tea time
