Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Whole Wheat Crepe With Eggs And Bell Peppers Recipe, first, in a bowl add milk, eggs and beat well
Step 2: Add fresh cream, salt and beat again until well combined
Step 3: Now add wheat flour and beat until no lumps are left and you get a thin smooth batter
Step 4: Cover and refrigerate it for about 1 hour
Step 5: To make the filling - heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pan
Step 6: Break eggs into the oil and mix well until cooked but still soft
Step 7: Add a pin of salt and mix well
Step 8: Remove cooked scrambled eggs from pan and set aside
Step 9: Into the same pan add remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil
Step 10: Add sliced onions and sauté till onions turn translucent
Step 11: Add thinly sliced bell peppers and sauté
Step 12: Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on low flame
Step 13: Add salt and pepper mix well
Step 14: Remove from stove and keep aside
Step 15: Now remove the crepes batter from the fridge, whisk again
Step 16: Lightly grease the bottom of a skillet with a little butter using a brush or cotton cloth
Step 17: Heat over medium heat until the pan is hot
Step 18: Pour a ladle full of batter into hot pan and swirl the pan so the batter coats the bottom of the pan
Step 19: Cook the crepe for about 1 minute, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds
Step 20: Set aside and repeat with the remaining batter
Step 21: Place the cooked crepes on serving plate
Step 22: Add the roasted bell peppers and eggs on the top of the crepe, fold into half and then again into another half
Step 23: Repeat this for all the crepes
