Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make wheat pudding, first heat water and sugar in a saucepan
Step 2: Stir until the sugar dissolves well
Step 3: Reduce the flame and let it cook for 2 more minutes
Step 4: Heat ghee in a pan
Step 5: Add wheat flour to it and bake on a low flame
Step 6: Stir until light brown
Step 7: It will take 5 minutes
Step 8: Keep stirring until the mixture turns slightly course
Step 9: Now reduce the heat and add cardamom powder
Step 10: Slowly add sugar water to it
Step 11: Keep watching it so that there is no lump in it
Step 12: Cook for 10 to 15 minutes and after that turn off the gas
Step 13: Keep stirring for 5 minutes
Step 14: Now heat ghee in a tempering pan
Step 15: Add cashews to it and let it cook till it turns golden
Step 16: After it turns golden, turn off the gas and pour it into the halwa
Step 17: Mix and serve hot
Step 18: Serve wheat pudding for sweet after dinner
