Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Pizza Topping Wheat Paratha recipe, firstly add wheat flour, salt, oil in a mixing bowl
Step 2: Next add water little by little and start kneading the dough
Step 3: Knead till you get soft, smooth dough
Step 4: Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes
Step 5: After 15 minutes, take a portion of dough and roll it to big chapati
Step 6: Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on the top of the chapati
Step 7: Sprinkle some grated mozzarella cheese on the pizza sauce and then spread the chopped vegetables inluding bell peppers, onions and swwet corn on the top
Step 8: Sprinkle oregano seasoning and red chilli flakes as per your taste
Step 9: Now, roll another portion of the dough to the same size as the first one
Step 10: Place this chapati over the first one having the toppings, covering the toppings
Step 11: Using the edge of the fork, seal the edges of both the chapati, sealing the pizza topping inside
Step 12: Place the stuffed paratha on a hot Tawa
Step 13: Cook it on a low flame using a little oil on both the sides
Step 14: Cook until the chapatis turn crisp and brown from both the sides
Step 15: Once ready, take it on a plate and serve hot
Step 16: Serve Pizza Topping Wheat Paratha along with Indian Style Macaroni Pasta for a weekend dinner or make it for your evening snacks along with a cup of Masala Chai
