Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add green chili and saute.
Add the chopped spinach and saute until it wilts and cooks down.
Sprinkle garam masala and adjust salt according to your taste. Mix well and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Place the Wheat Roti on a clean surface.
