In a bowl, mix together the wheat flour, grated bottle gourd, chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds, and salt.
Add water gradually and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and pliable.
Add 1/4 tsp oil and knead again for 2-3 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Dust a rolling board with some flour and roll out each ball into a circle.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled-out roti on the tawa and cook until bubbles appear on the surface.
