Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Wheat Berry Salad With Cranberries & Carrots Recipe, we will first soak and cook the wheat berries until soft and firm
Step 2: Soak the wheat berries for a couple of hours
Step 3: Once soaked, drain the water out
Step 4: Place the berries along with 1 cup of water and salt in a saucepan

Step 11: Whisk well to combine and season with required salt and pepper
