Wheat flour, atta
0.5 cup (80g)
Plain Water
0.25 small cup (80g)
Bajra Flour
0.25 small cup (20g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat atta, bajra atta. Mix well.
Add water gradually and knead to form a smooth dough.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Take a ball and dust it with some dry flour. Roll it out into a circular shape.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled out roti on the tawa.
Cook the roti on both sides until it turns golden brown and has some charred spots.
Remove the roti from the tawa and place it on a plate.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
Serve the hot Bajra Roti.
