Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Warm Red Lentil Salad With Goat Cheese recipe, firstly take a bowl and add the lentils
Step 2: Wash it twice or thrice and then strain the water
Step 3: Take a pressure cooker and add the washed lentils
Step 4: Add the required water and a bay leaf
Step 5: Close the cooker and pressure cook it till the lentils become tender yet firm enough to retain shape
Step 6: While the lentil is getting cooked, chop the vegetables and keep them aside
Step 7: The next step is to prepare the dressing
Step 8: Take a bowl and add olive oil, vinegar, mustard paste, garlic, required salt and pepper powder

Step 12: Toss everything well
