Chicken Preparation:
- Season with salt and pepper and cook it in a pan with a little olive oil over medium heat until fully cooked (about 15-20 minutes per side). Let it cool slightly and then cube or shred it.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
