Instructions
Cooking Steps
Soak the vermicelli noodles in water for 10 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.
Heat a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they start spluttering, add the onions and sauté until translucent.
Add grated carrots and green peas. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the soaked vermicelli noodles and mix well with the vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are cooked and tender.
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
Once cooled, take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a roll.
Repeat the same process until all the mixture is used up.
Serve Hot.
