Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Vegetarian Sushi recipe, cut the vegetables into thin strips
Step 2: Add salt and mix thoroughly

Step 9: Start rolling it
Step 10: Press it so that the roll gets tightened
Step 11: Cut the roll into half first with a sharp knife
Step 12: Don't put pressure on knife while cutting
Step 13: Just make back and forth motion
Step 14: Cut them into 1/2 inch thick pieces
