Step 1: To begin making the Vegetarian Malai Kebab Recipe, keep all the above things ready
Step 2: Now take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients mentioned in the list above includig Paneer, Potato, Milk Powder, Ginger, Green Chilli, Onion, Garam Masala Powder, Chaat Masala Powder, Coriander Leaves, Rice Flour, Salt and mix them properly

Step 5: Pat them so that they become flat
Step 6: Heat oil in a skillet and shallow fry them from both the sides till they turn golden brown in colour
Step 7: Take them out on an absorbent paper to remove the excess oil
