Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Vegetarian Kabuli Pulao recipe, first wash and soak Kabuli chana overnight
Step 2: In the morning, pour it into the pressure cooker with water as per the usage and boil it till you reach 3 cities
Step 3: Allow the pressure to drain automatically and keep aside
Step 4: Wash the rice and soak it in water as per the experiment
Step 5: Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan
Step 6: Add onions and cook till they turn brown
Step 7: Turn off the gas and keep the onion in a bowl and keep it aside
Step 8: Heat a little more ghee in the same pan
Step 9: Add finely chopped onions and cook till they become soft
Step 10: After it becomes soft, add ginger garlic paste and cook it for 2 minutes
Step 11: Add tomato puree after 2 minutes and cook for 3 to 4 minutes
Step 12: Now add paprika powder, cinnamon powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder and mix
Step 13: After 2 minutes add Kabuli chana, 1 cup of water, salt and let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes
Step 14: Turn off the gas and keep it aside
Step 15: Now take another embroidery
Step 16: Heat ghee in it
Step 17: After the ghee is hot, add cinnamon, long, elaichi, big cardamom and let it cook for 10 seconds
Step 18: Add rice, salt, 1-1 / 2 cup of water, cover it and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat
Step 19: After the rice is cooked, take out all the water and keep it aside
Step 20: Now add Kabuli Chana masala in a pan
Step 21: Add half the rice and fried onions and mint
Step 22: Again add Kabuli masala, rice, fried onions, mint leaves, cover and cook for 10 minutes
Step 23: Serve Vegetarian Kabuli Pulao Recipe along with Tadka Raita or Tomato Onion Cucumber Raita and Papad for dinner
