Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make Vegetarian Hakka Noodles recipe, first cook the noodles according to the instruction given on the packet
Step 2: After cooking, keep the noodles under cold water so that the noodles are steamed and cooked
Step 3: After the water has gone out, add some oil and mix, it will not stick the noodles to each other
Step 4: Now heat the oil in a pan
Step 5: Add onion, ginger, and cook till the onion becomes soft
Step 6: Now add capsicum, carrot, beans, cabbage, green onion, salt, black pepper powder and cook on high flame for 2 minutes
Step 7: Now add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, chilli vinegar and cook for 2 minutes
Step 8: Now add noodles to it and mix well
Step 9: Turn off the gas after 1 minute and survey it
