Preparation
Gently remove each cabbage leaves from the head.
Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add grated carrot, chopped bell peppers and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until they soften.
Add cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Take a cabbage leaf and place 1-2 tbsp of the vegetable filling in the centre.
Roll the cabbage leaf tightly around the filling to form a wrap.
Repeat with the remaining cabbage leaves and vegetable filling.
serve immediately.
