Step 1: To begin making the Vegetable Sizzler Recipe, first get all the ingredients ready
Step 2: Prepare the Potato Tikki and the Mint Rice according to the recipes in the links
Step 3: In the next steps we will make the Corn & Spinach Sauce
Step 4: To make the corn and spinach sauce, heat butter in a heavy bottomed pan
Step 5: Add the garlic, along with the flour and saute for a couple of minutes
Step 6: Add the corn and spinach and saute until the spinach wilts down and softens
Step 7: Add the milk and salt to taste, to the mixture and keep stirring until the sauce thickens and you get a thick sauce
Step 8: Check the salt and adjust to suit your taste
Step 9: Using an immersion blender/ hand blender, blend to make a coarse puree
Step 10: The corn and spinach sauce is now ready
Step 11: Keep this aside
Step 12: The next step is to make the Stir Fried Vegetables
Step 13: Heat butter in a wok, and add the vegetables into it
Step 14: Sprinkle salt and stir fry the vegetables until al dente
Step 15: You want the vegetables to be cooked just right
Step 16: Once done, keep the vegetables aside
Step 17: The final step is to prepare the sizzler tray
Step 18: Heat the 2 sizzler plates over an open flame till they are red hot
Step 19: You can also heat them in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes
Step 20: Once the plates are heated, place them on their respective wooden trays
Step 21: Grease the plates with a little oil or butter, place a couple of cabbage leaves on the plate
Step 22: Place a few potato tikkis on one side, mint rice in the center and the stir fried vegetables on the other side
Step 23: Top it with the corn and spinach sauce and more butter and serve immediately along with the sizzling effect
