Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add the plain curd.
Add the finely chopped cucumber to the curd.
Mix in the grated carrot.
Add the finely chopped onion to the mixture.
Add the chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.
Sprinkle roasted cumin powder over the ingredients.
Add salt to taste.
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Serve the Vegetable Raita .
