Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Vegetable Quinoa Patty Recipe, we will have to cook quinoa and let it cool
Step 2: Cook 1 cup of quinoa with 2 cups of water on low flame with lid on in a saucepan or any regular pan
Step 3: Drain the excess water and keep the quinoa aside
Step 4: In the meantime, heat some oil in a heavy bottomed pan
Step 5: Add onion and cook till it becomes soft
Step 6: Once the onions becomes soft, add carrot, corn kernels and spinach
Step 7: Cook till all the vegetables becomes soft
Step 8: Once done, turn off the heat and let it cool down
Step 9: In a mixing bowl, add the cooked quinoa, sauteed veggies, corn flour, pepper powder, red chili flakes, salt and teaspoon of cooking oil
Step 10: Do not add any water
Step 11: Check the salt and spices and adjust according to taste
Step 12: Mix everything properly and make Vegetable Quinoa Patty with the help of your palms
Step 13: Heat a skillet with some oil
Step 14: Once it is hot, add the Vegetable Quinoa Patty and cook it on both the sides till becomes evenly brown
Step 15: Transfer the Vegetable Quinoa Patty into a serving platter and serve hot
