Preparation
-Roast oats flour for few mins.
Cooking Steps
In a pan, dry roast the rolled oats until they turn golden brown. Let them cool down.
In a mixing bowl, add the roasted oats, mixed vegetables, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Divide the mixture into small portions and shape them into round patties.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Place the patties on the pan and cook until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot.
