Ingredients
Onion Finely Chopped

0.25 cup, crumbled (50g)
Chopped Carrot
0.25 small cup (25g)
Capsicum, green
0.25 small katori (25g)
Chopped Green Chilli
1 tsp (2g)
Instructions
Preparation
soak the steel cut oats overnight
Drain the water and grind the oats to a fine paste. Mix them together in a bowl and add water as needed to get a smooth, pourable batter. Add salt and mix well. Let the batter ferment for 8-10 hours or overnight.
Cooking Steps
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease it with a little oil or cooking spray.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin uttapam. Sprinkle some chopped green chili, onion, bell pepper, crumbled paneer over the uttapam.
Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges of the uttapam. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom turns golden brown.
Flip the uttapam and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes until cooked through.
Repeat with the remaining batter and toppings.
Serve hot.
