Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped vegetables (carrots, tomato, onion, peas) and sauté for 2-3 minutes until slightly soft but still crunchy.
Add water to the pan and bring it to a boil.
Add the Maggi noodles and the masala packet provided. Stir well.
Cook the noodles on medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Allow the water to reduce and thicken, depending on your preferred consistency (soupy or dry).
Serve hot.
