Preparation
Wash all the vegetables thoroughly under running water.
Peel the cucumber, bottle gourd, and carrot.
Chop the vegetables into small pieces.
Cooking Steps
Add the chopped cucumber, bottle gourd, and carrot pieces to a blender or juicer.
Blend until smooth. If using a blender, you can add 100ml of water to adjust the consistency.
Strain the juice through a fine sieve or cheesecloth if you prefer a smoother texture.
