Instructions
Preparation
Soak the walnuts in water for 30 minutes, then drain.
If dates are hard, soak them in warm water for 15 minutes and drain before using.
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Grease your baking pan with olive oil or line it with parchment paper.
Cooking Steps
Blend Wet Ingredients:
- In a blender, combine ripe bananas, pitted dates, olive oil, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
