Preparation
For Chutney
In a blender, combine coriander leaves, mint leaves, green
chili, ginger, cumin powder, chaat masala, salt and 1 tbsp water.
Blend until you get a smooth paste.
Cooking Steps
Toast the bread slices to your desired level of crispness.
Spread green chutney evenly on each slice of bread.
Place the sliced cucumber, tomato, beetroot and chopped lettuce on two slices of bread.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top of the vegetables.
Cover the sandwich with the remaining slices of bread.
