Step 1: To begin making the Vazha Thandu Poriyal Recipe, firstly pressure cook the banana stem along with the buttermilk, salt and turmeric powder for about 1 whistle
Step 2: Release the pressure naturally and drain the water out
Step 3: Heat a skillet with oil
Step 4: Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and let the mustard seeds crackle
Step 5: Once done, add the cooked Banana stem and mix everything properly
Step 6: After a minute, add in the green chili, salt to taste and give it a mix
Step 7: Let it cook for about 2 minutes
