Shallot
0.25 cup, sliced (50g)
Clove Garlic, Chopped
1 tsp (5g)
Chopped Green Chilli
1 tsp (2g)
Chopped Tomato
0.5 small cup (50g)
Olive Oil
1 tsp (5g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Plain Water
1 small cup (200g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a wok or a pan over medium heat.
Add sliced shallots and chopped garlic and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add the green chili and chopped tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn mushy.
Add the water spinach and stir-fry for a few minutes until they have wilted.
Add salt to taste and pour enough water to the pan to create a soupy consistency.
Let the dish simmer for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot.
