Cooking Steps
Peel the tori and chop it into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
Add green chili. Saute it.
Add chopped tori, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover the pan and let it cook for 10-12 minutes until the tori is tender.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
