Tomato
4 medium (300g)
Chopped Onion
0.5 small cup (50g)
Clove Garlic, Minced
1 tsp (5g)
Olive Oil
1 tsp (5g)
lemon juice
1 tbsp (15g)
Common salt
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Black Pepper
1 tsp (2g)
Plain Water
2 medium cup (500g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions
Preparation
Wash and blanch the tomatoes by boiling them for 1 minute, then transferring them to ice water. Peel off the skins.
Cooking Steps
Heat a pan over medium heat and dry roast cumin seeds for a minute.
Add minced garlic, and chopped green chili. Sauté for a few seconds.
Add chopped onion and sauté for a minute.
Add blanched tomato. Mix well.
Add black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add water and bring it to a boil. Let it simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
Once it cools down, blend the mixture until smooth.
Pour the soup into a large bowl, add lemon juice, and mix well.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, stir in the chopped fresh coriander leaves.
