Chopped Tomato

Roasted Peanuts
2 tbsp (30g)
Mustard seeds

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, and cumin seeds. Roast until they turn golden brown and aromatic.
Add green chilies and grated ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy and soften.
Add roasted peanuts and mix well.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
Transfer the mixture to a blender. Add salt and water as required, and blend until smooth.
Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.
