Step 1: To make tomato garlic chutney, firstly cut the tomatoes and peel the garlic

Step 2: Now heat oil in a pan

Step 3: Add mustard seeds and let it cook for 10 seconds

Step 4: Now add garlic and cook for 1 minute

Step 5: After 1 minute add tomatoes and cook till they become soft

Step 6: After the tomatoes are soft, add red chili powder and salt

Step 7: Mix and let it cook for 1 minute

Step 8: Turn off the gas, let it cool down a bit and then put it in the mixer grinder

Step 9: Grind it well and take out in a bowl

Step 10: Serve tomato garlic chutney with tawa paratha, besan paratha or gram flour chile
