Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make tomato dosa, first wash the rice, fenugreek seeds and urad dal separately
Step 2: Then soak them all separately for 3 to 4 hours
Step 3: After 3 to 4 hours, remove water from rice, fenugreek seeds and urad dal and grind it
Step 4: Add some water to the bitches
Step 5: Now add chopped tomatoes and grind it a little longer
Step 6: After grinding it well, take it out in a bowl
Step 7: Add salt and cooking soda to it and mix
Step 8: Keep it aside for 10 minutes
Step 9: Now heat a griddle and pour oil or ghee on it and spread it on the entire pan
Step 10: Now put a spoon batter in the middle and spread it in round shape
Step 11: Pour some more oil or ghee over it and let the dosa cook
Step 12: After cooking from one side, keep it and cook from the other side too
Step 13: Serve hot after cooking
Step 14: Serve tomato dosa with coconut chutney and filter coffee for breakfast
