Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add chopped garlic and green chili. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cook for 8-10 minutes over low heat until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
Blend the mixture in a blender until smooth.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve it.
