Preparation
Wash all the ingredients thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or impurities.
Peel the beetroot and chop it into small pieces.
Chop the tomatoes into quarters.
Deseed the amla and chop them into smaller pieces.
Pluck the pudina leaves from the stems.
Cooking Steps
