Preparation
*Chicken Broth Preparation*:
- Pressure cook chicken* with water.
- Cook for 2 whistles.
- Strain the water to separate the broth.
- Shred the cooked chicken and set aside.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan and lightly sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
Pour in prepared chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
Blend the mixture until smooth using a hand blender or traditional blender.
Add the fresh basil leaves and shredded chicken to the blended soup.
Simmer for another 5–7 minutes and adjust the seasoning (salt and black pepper) as per taste.
