Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal. Fry until the mustard seeds start to pop and the dals turn golden brown.
Add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
Remove the lid and stir the mixture. If there is any excess water, let it evaporate.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.
