Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, combine crumbled tofu with cumin powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the chunks with the spices.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned tofu and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until they are heated through and slightly crispy. Remove from heat and set aside.
Lay the wheat roti.
In the center of the roti, layer the lettuce leaf, chopped tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
Place the sautéed tofu mixture on top of the vegetables.
Drizzle with lemon juice for added flavour.
You can use green chutney as a dressing.
Fold in the sides of roti and then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
Cut into half & serve it.
