Tofu (Pro Plant)
0.5 cup, cubed (100g)
Mix Vegetable Stew
2 cup (500g)
Clove Garlic, Minced
1 tsp (5g)
Ginger, fresh
1 tsp grated (2g)
Olive Oil
1 tsp (5g)
Common salt
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Instructions
Preparation
For Vegetable Stew:
Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
Sauté garlic and onions for 2-3 mins.
Add carrots, beans, zucchini, cauliflower, and tomatoes. Mix well.
Add salt, pepper, thyme, and water.
Pressure cook for 2-3 whistles .
Let pressure release naturally.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until aromatic.
Add cubed tofu and sauté for 5-7 minutes until lightly golden on all sides. Remove the tofu from the pan.
Add sauté tofu in a bowls.
Ladle the freshly prepared vegetable stew in bowls, ensuring each bowl has a generous mix of vegetables, tofu, and flavorful broth.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot.
