Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, take whole wheat flour, and water as needed to knead the dough. Knead until the dough is soft and smooth. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix crumbled tofu, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. Take one ball and roll it into a small disc.
Add a spoonful of the tofu mixture in the center of the disc. Bring the edges together and seal the stuffing inside the dough ball.
Dust some dry flour on the stuffed dough ball and roll it into a paratha, ensuring that the stuffing doesn't come out.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on the tawa and cook until it turns golden brown on both sides.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls and stuffing mixture.
Serve the parathas hot.
