Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Tofu Scramble Recipe, heat olive oil in a heavy bottomed pan
Step 2: Add the garlic and onions and saute until the onions are lightly caramelized
Step 3: Once done add the tomatoes, green chilies and saute until the tomatoes become soft
Step 4: After the tomatoes are soft stir in the turmeric powder, cumin powder and garam masala powder and saute for a few seconds
Step 5: Finally stir in the crumbed tofu, add salt and pepper and combine well
Step 6: Check the salt and spices and adjust to suit your taste
Step 7: Cover the pan and simmer for a minute and turn off the heat
Step 8: Finally stir in the chopped parsley leaves
Step 9: Serve the Tofu Scramble Recipe along with a toasted bread and Muskmelon Juice to kick start your day with a high protein breakfast
