Preparation
Marinate Tofu:
- Cut the tofu into cubes.
- Mix paprika, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.
- Coat tofu cubes evenly with the marinade.
- Let tofu sit for 10–15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Cooking Steps
Grill Tofu:
- Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
- Grill the marinated tofu cubes for 3–4 minutes on each side until lightly crispy and golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Dice Fruits:
- Peel and dice fresh pineapple and mango into uniform cubes, approximately 1–2 cm in size.
Arrange on Platter:
- Place the grilled tofu diagonally across the center of the platter.
- Arrange mango and pineapple cubes on each side in alternating order for a vibrant, colorful presentation.
