Step 1: To begin making the Till Wale Aloo Recipe, heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan

Step 2: Once the oil is hot, add ginger and green chillies

Step 3: Make sure you don't burn them

Step 4: After a minute, add sesame seeds and saute for a while

Step 5: Add potatoes and toss it for about 2 minutes

Step 6: After 2 minutes, add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt to taste

Step 7: Saute for 3-4 minutes on low flame

Step 8: After 3 to 4 minutes, add tamarind chutney, mix it well and cook for one more minute

Step 9: Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot

Step 10: Serve Till Wale Aloo along with Gujarati Dal, Roti and Kachumber Salad for a weekday meal
