Skimmed Milk
3 medium glass (750g)
Carrot
2.5 cup, grated (500g)
cardamom powder

Cooking Steps
Heat a kadai over medium flame.
Pour 3 glasses of milk into a large pan.
Add the grated carrots directly to the milk.
Stir continuously to prevent the milk from sticking or burning.
Cook the milk and carrots over low to medium flame.
Stir occasionally while allowing the mixture to reduce slowly.
Cook until the volume reduces to about 1 glass and the carrots are soft.
Once the mixture has reduced and thickened, add 1/4 tsp (1g) of cardamom powder (elachi).
Stir well to incorporate the flavor evenly.
Pour the carrot milk into a glass. Serve warm.
