Rohu Fish Fillet
2 medium (240g)
Clove Garlic, Chopped

Cooking Steps
Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry.
In a bowl, mix together chopped garlic, chopped green chili, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and lime juice.
Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Prepare a steamer by bringing water to boil in a pot with a steamer basket. Place the marinated fish fillets in the steamer basket and steam for 10-12 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
