Cooking Steps
Step 1: To begin making the Thai Ice Tea, in a large saucepan, bring water to a boil and turn off the heat
Step 2: Add the tea leaves and stir
Step 3: Let the tea brew for 5 minutes
Step 4: Strain the tea into a pitcher and discard the tea leaves
Step 5: Stir in the honey, brown sugar and vanilla extract
Step 6: Stir well to dissolve all the sugar until it combines it well into the tea
Step 7: Check the taste and adjust the sweetness accordingly
Step 8: Refrigerate the tea for 3 to 4 hours
Step 9: Once tea is chilled, prepare serving glasses with generous portions of ice
Step 10: Fill 3/4 th of the glass the brewed Bodh Second Flush Black Tea
Step 11: Finally top it with coconut milk, stir gently and serve
Step 12: Serve the Thai Ice Tea Recipe at a party or simply for a cozy sunday dinner with family along with dimsums or crispy lotus stems
